Orianaa Decorpack - Best Label Manufacture Compoany- In Mould Labeling

In Mould Labeling (IML) is an injection moulding technique in which a label is used to decorate the plastic item while it is being made. Simply put, plastic is injected over a preprinted label that has been automated into the cavity of an injection mould.

The manufacturing procedure in which a label is affixed to a plastic packaging container gave rise to the term "in-mould labelling." Instead of being stuck to the surface of the final product using an adhesive, the label is inserted within the mould as the container is being created.

In the In-Mould Labels procedure, a handling equipment accurately inserts printed plastic films that have been trimmed to size, the labels, into the injection mould. The labels are secured with a vacuum or static charge before being back-injected with plastic.

Using the in-mold labelling (IML) technique, a plastic container is first formed into a mould with a pre-printed decorative film inside of it. Heat is applied to heated plastic pellets or resin before being poured into the mould, where it combines with the label to form a single item.
